A Birmingham, Alabama native, Jonjon Battles made his way to New York City in 2001 via Atlanta, where he spent his days in the 90s as club kid.
His foray into the New York Music scene happened organically in the East Village of New York City. What started as a dive bar DJ set for a few friends grew to a prominent career, spinning for photoshoots and events for Katy Perry, David LaChapelle, Betsey Johnson, Marc Jacobs, and many more.
Beginning in 2010, Jonjon Battles expanded his services to include weddings, corporate events, and private events. Playing a range of venues and crowds across the country honed his skills and adaptability.
